THE ABOVE OBJECT TO BE EXTENDED TO DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS WHEN RESOURCES ALLOW.2) TO EDUCATE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ON MATTERS CONCERNING ANIMAL WELFARE WITH CONSIDERATION BEEN GIVEN TO THE NEED FOR BILINGUAL MATERIAL WITH RELATION TO THE CHARITY'S LITERATURE.3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF PET OWNERS WHO ARE IN NEED AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF A NEUTERING SCHEME FOR THEIR CATS IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL VETS.
