THE COBHAM BAND WILL ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE WHO JOIN WISHING TO LEARN TO PLAY OR IMPROVE THEIR PLAYING OF BRASS BAND INSTRUMENTS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES. 3. FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS MAY BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
