TO PROVIDE LEISURE RECREATIONAL AND OTHER COMMUNITY FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE LIVING IN THE COMMUNITIES FOR WHICH SUCH FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED THEREBY DEMONSTRATING CHRISTIAN CONCERN FOR THE WELFARE OF THE WHOLE PERSON; AND5.
