(A) PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE RHONDDA VALLEYS AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPTIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY GROUPS AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (B) TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY DROP-IN CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ANY LOCAL BODIES OR INDIVIDUALS) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS. (C) PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH FOR PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND AN ADVOCACY SERVICE. THE ORGANISATION SHALL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION.
