HOWEVER, CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN FROM OUTSIDE THE AREA IF PLACES ARE AVAILABLE WITHOUT DETRIMENT TO THOSE LIVING IN THE SOUTHERN DERBYSHIRE DALES, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.2. TO PROVIDE CHILDREN WITH A FUN ENVIRONMENT WHICH PROMOTES PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE SOCIAL AND BEHAVIOUR SKILL THROUGH PLAY.3. TO PROVIDE RESPITE FOR THE PARENTS AND CARERS OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
