THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING ADVICE, SUPPORT, FOOD, FINANCIAL AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND OTHER RESOURCES TO THOSE IN NEED WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND WELL-BEING WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, PASTORAL CARE, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES AND REDUCE SOCIAL ISOLATION.4.
