TO PROMOTE THE PRINCIPLES OF EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND DIVERSITY AND GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
