THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY:- (A) RELIEVING THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES; AND (B) RAISING AWARENESS OF AND ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT HUMAN RIGHTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES THROUGH THE USE OF THE PUBLICATIONS, HOLDING LECTURES, SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES,PROVIDED THAT THIS DOES NOT EXTEND TO PROMOTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY A CHANGE IN THE LAW OR GOVERNMENT POLICY OR THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES."HUMAN RIGHTS" IS DEFINED AS MEANING THOSE HUMAN RIGHTS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ADOPTED AS RESOLUTION 217A (III) BY THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 10 DECEMBER 1948. 3. THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE OR PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH , AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.
