THIS WILL BE EFFECTED BY THE EMPLOYMENT OF ART EDUCATIONAL OFFICER TO TRAVEL THROUGH OUT THE SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY INSTITUTIONS IN NOTTING HILL AND ELSEWHERE TO TEACH ABOUT THE CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE OF CARNIVAL.(C) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND ESPECIALLY IN THE ARTS AND IN ARTISTIC TASTE, APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING, BY PERFORMANCES, DEMONSTRATIONS, LECTURES, DISPLAYS AND OTHERWISE IN SCHOOLS AND IN ANY OTHER SUITABLE VENUES.
