TO FACILITATE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL AND VOCATIONAL SKILLS, AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN FURTHER EDUCATION WHERE APPROPRIATE;7. TO RAISE FUNDS AND INVITE AND RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, CHARITABLE TRUSTS, PUBLIC BODIES, AND ANY OTHER PERSONS PROVIDED THAT THE CENTRE SHALL NOT UNDERTAKE ANY PERMANENT TRADING ACTIVITIES IN RAISING FUNDS FOR THE STATED OBJECTS; AND8.
