TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF ORCHESTRAL MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC ORCHESTRAL CONCERTS, IN PARTICULAR: TO SPECIALISE IN THE CHAMBER ORCHESTRA REPERTOIRE AND TO PERFORM WORKS THAT ARE CHALLENGING TO MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE TO GIVE A MINIMUM OF THREE PUBLIC PERFORMANCES PER YEAR PRINCIPALLY IN VENUES IN LONDON TO FOSTER A SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT TO ENJOY MAKING MUSIC TO ATTRACT OUTSTANDING SOLOISTS TO PERFORM WITH THE ORCHESTRA AND FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
