THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:2.1 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST ASIAN PEOPLES IN GREATER LONDON, BY:2.1.1 ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING AN ACADEMY TO PROVIDE IN PARTICULAR INSTRUCTION IN THE FINE ARTS (INCLUDING: DANCE, VOCAL TRAINING AND IN THE PLAYING OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS) AND ACTING AS AN EXAMINATION BODY IN THE SAME;2.1.2 PROMOTING THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGES AND CULTURES;2.1.3 PROMOTING THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THOSE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY; AND2.1.4 PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.2.2 TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THOSE IN NEED OF THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
