TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS BY OFFERING FREE AND IMPARTIAL ADVICE AS AND WHEN REQUIRED. 4. OFFERING SHELTER OR SANCTUARY FOR ANIMALS, WHICH ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION, PROVIDING MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR ANIMALS. 5. TO EDUCATE AND PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS THE CARE OF ANIMALS.
