FOR THE RELIEF OF BLIND PERSONS, PARTICULARLY YOUNG BLIND PERSONS BY THE SUPPLYING, MANUFACTURING, REPAIRING, SERVICING, AND OBTAINING FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BRAILLE TYPEWRITING MACHINES, SPECIAL AIDS AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR RESOURCES THAT ARE GENERALLY AND SPECIFICALLY NEEDED FOR THE TRAINING, EDUCATION AND TEACHING OF SKILLS FOR LIFE WHICH THEY WOULD NOT GENERALLY BE ABLE TO OBTAIN OR AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND RESOURCES OF ALL BLIND AND SIGHTED PERSONS, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING COURSES, ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT AND ADVICE TO ALL TYPES OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, COMMUNAL LEADERS, SCHOOL PRINCIPLES, TEACHERS ASSISTANTS, HELPERS AND PUPILS BY THE HELP AND FURTHER PROVISION OF THE FOLLOWING: ANY TYPE OF BRAILLING MACHINE OR EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER, BRAILLE BOOK, BOOKS IN LARGE/SMALL PRINT AND EVERY DIFFERENT TYPE OF BLIND AND SIGHTED TEACHING AID AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM NECESSARY WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 3. TO ADVANCE AND ENCOURAGE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES, AT THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
