(II) TO SECURE THE CONSERVATION, REHABILITATION AND PROTECTION OF INDIGENOUS SPECIES OF ANIMAL AND PLANT LIFE OF THE RIVERS, STREAMS, WATERCOURSES AND WATER IMPOUNDMENTS IN THE COUNTIES OF CARMARTHENSHIRE, CEREDIGION AND PEMBROKESHIRE AND OF THEIR BANKS, RIPARIAN LAND AND CATCHMENT AREAS, AND THEREBY TO ENHANCE THE COUNTIES BIO-DIVERSITY. (III) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UNDERSTANDING OF AQUATIC HABITATS, THEIR RELATED CATCHMENT AREAS, AND THEIR ANIMAL AND PLANT LIFE, AND THE NEED FOR THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION, REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF SUCH ENVIRONMENTS.
