B) PROTECT AND PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF CULTURALLY AND LINGUISTICALLY APPROPRIATE HIV/AIDS AND SEXUAL HEALTH PREVENTION SERVICES. C) RELIEF OF NEED OF MEMBERS OF THESE COMMUNITIES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF WELFARE RIGHTS, IMMIGRATION, HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ADVOCACY SERVICES TO PERSONS WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO OBTAIN SUCH ADVICE. 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF HIV, AIDS AND STI'S AND THEIR PREVENTION.
