(C) PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES OR ITEMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN AT SCHOOL AS THE COMMITTEE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
