TO PRESERVE, MAINTAIN AND RESTORE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE FLAYBRICK CHAPELS.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE CHAPELS AND MONUMENTS AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE FLORA AND FAUNA ASSOCIATED WITH THE CEMETERY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PRESENTATION OF TALKS, SLIDE SHOWS AND WALKS.4. THE CONSERVATION OR PROMOTION OF BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE OR RECOVERY OF A SPECIES IN ITS NATURAL HABITAT, ON LAND OR IN WATER SITUATED IN THE VICINITY OF THE LANDFILL SITE.6. THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR RESTORATION OF A BUILDING OR OTHER STRUCTURE, WHICH IS A PLACE OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP, OR IS OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST AND WHICH IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, WHERE IT IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
