(D) TO ACQUIRE AND MANAGE AREAS OF LAND AS NATURE RESERVES PRIMARILY OF ORNITHOLOGICAL VALUE;(E) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER OBJECTS OF A CHARITABLE NATURE AS MAY BE APPROVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE CHARITY IN GENERAL MEETING.
