3.2.1 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AMONG PERSONS SUFFERING THE EFFECTS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPPORT OF A CENTRE FOR SUPPORT, ADVICE, TREATMENT AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES OF ACCOMMODATION FOR THOSE IN NEED;3.2.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, AMONG THOSE SUFFERING THE EFFECTS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION ON ALL ASPECTS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ITS EFFECTS AND BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING OR RETRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUFFERERS;3.2.3 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF PROPERTIES OWNED OR MANAGED BY THE CHARITY; AND 3.2.4 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND/OR THOSE WHO, BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR OTHER SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BEING PRIMARILY BUT NOT LIMITED TO RESIDENTS OF PROPERTIES OWNED OR MANAGED BY THE CHARITY.
