(A) THE OBJECT OF THE PARISH/SOCIETY SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE ORTHODOXCHRISTIAN FAITH. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT BUT NOT FURTHER OROTHERWISE THE PARISH/SOCIETY SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS.(B) TO MAINTAIN PLACES OF REGULAR COMMON WORSHIP AND PRAYER, AND FORINSTRUCTION IN THE FAITH OF THE CHURCH, IN ITS TRADITION, HISTORY, INACCORDANCE WITH THE APOSTOLIC AND ANCIENT TRADITIONS OF THE INDIANORTHODOX CHURCH AND SUBJECT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE HOLY EPISCOPALSYNOD OF THE MALANKARA ORTHODOX CHURCH.(C) TO PROVIDE FOR RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OF SPECIALGROUPS LIKE WOMEN, YOUTH AND CHILDREN.(D) TO PROMOTE AND CARRY OUT SERVICE ACTIVITIES AND DEACONIA FOR THEBENEFIT OF THE WIDER COMMUNITY AND SOCIETY.(E) TO ENTER INTO SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS ARE PROPER TO THE LIFE OF A PARISHCHURCH WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.(F) TO RAISE FUNDS BY ALL APPROPRIATE MEANS IN FURTHERANCE OF THESEOBJECTS; TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS; TO INVEST SUCH FUNDS IN ACCORDANCEWITH THIS CONSTITUTION; TO PURCHASE, RENT OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRE, HOLD ANDDISPOSE OF PROPERTY, AND TO ENGAGE IN NON-COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES FORRAISING FUNDS, - ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE CHURCH AND INCONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE ACT UNDER WHICH THE SOCIETY ISREGISTERED.(G) TO RAISE SUFFICIENT MONIES TO SUPPORT THE SCHOLARSHIP AND ALLOWANCESOFTHE VICAR, DULY APPOINTED, AND TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER LAWFUL THINGS ASSHALLFURTHER THE SAID OBJECTS.
