THE ARCHIVE SHALL MEAN THE HISTORICAL COLLECTION OF STAMFORD MERCURY AND OTHER NEWSPAPERS COMPRISING THE GIFT OF WELLAND VALLEY NEWSPAPERS LTD TO THE CHARITY.2.2 TO USE THE ARCHIVE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND RESEARCH INSOFAR THAT SUCH USE DOES NOT PLACE AT RISK THE FRAGILE HISTORICAL CONTENTS OF THE ARCHIVE AND TO MAKE AVAILABLE AND DISSEMINATE THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE ARCHIVE IN ANY APPROPRIATE MEDIUM.
