THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE FIVE LOCAL AUTHORITY DISTRICTS IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE, NAMELY: GLOUCESTER CITY COUNCIL, CHELTENHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL, COTSWOLD DISTRICT COUNCIL, STROUD DISTRICT COUNCIL, AND TEWKESBURY BOROUGH COUNCIL, AND THEIR ENVIRONS, AS AGREED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CROSSROADS ASSOCIATION.
