PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND HEALTH OF SUCH PERSONS. 1.3 ADVANCE SUCH OTHER OBJECTS OR PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION CONSIDER EXPEDIENT FOR THE BETTER PROMOTION AND ASSISTANCE OF THE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. 2. IN ADVANCING THE OBJECTS, THE CHARITY MAY WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEMBERS OF CHURCHES TOGETHER IN BRITAIN AND IRELAND AND MEMBERS OF THE EVANGELICAL ALLIANCE.
