3.1 THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PERSONS WITHIN THE TOWN OF BLANDFORD FORUM IN DORSET AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES THROUGH THEIR LEISURE ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY IN PARTICULAR BY:-3.1.1 PROVIDING A PLACE WHERE YOUNG PEOPLE CAN OBTAIN INFORMATION AND MEET;3.1.2 PROVIDING FOR AN EXPERIENCED YOUTH WORKER SUPPORTED BY TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE CENTRE;3.1.3 PROVIDING ADVICE AND INFORMATION ON ISSUES OF CONCERN INCLUDING HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT, PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, CONTRACEPTION AND SEXUAL HEALTH, DRUG ABUSE AND AVAILABILITY OF SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS;3.1.4 PROMOTING AND ASSISTING IN THE REDUCTION OF YOUTH CRIME BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO QUESTION AND DISCUSS ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOUR IN A POSITIVE WAY AND THEREFORE CHALLENGING ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR; AND3.1.5 ASSISTING YOUNG PEOPLE TO MAKE INFORMED CHOICES AND DECISIONS TO ENABLE THEM TO OBTAIN THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
