(A) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WETHERAL AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOGETHER DEFINED BY THE ELECTORAL ROLE OF THE WETHERAL PARISH COUNCIL THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS;(B) TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND PLAYING FIELD (TOGETHER REFERRED TO AS THE COMMUNITY CENTRE) TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE SUCH COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF ACTIVITIES BY THE CHARITY AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTIVES.(C) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.
