TO ESTABLISH THE SHIREHAMPTON PUBLIC HALL AS A COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE HALL') AND TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN AND MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRISTOL IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE HALL FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE ASSOCIATION AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
