THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION IN THE FIELDS OF WELFARE BENEFITS FOR ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL CLAIMANTS OR EMPLOYMENT LAW RIGHTS FOR EMPLOYEES. THIS ADVICE OR REPRESENTATION WILL BE OF A STANDARD THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE ACCESS DUE TO FINANCIAL OR SOCIAL CONSTRAINTS.
