(3.1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF HOSPITALS, CLINICS, HEALTH EDUCATION FACILITIES, AND SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. (3.3) TO ASSIST IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY THE CREATION AND SUPPORT OF PRIMARY SECONDARY, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES, AND BY THE AWARD OF GRANTS TO STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD FOR THE PURPOSE OF STUDY.
