(3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING NEEDS OF SOMALI PEOPLE IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT IN A WIDER COMMUNITY(4) TO ADVANCE ISLAM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE MANNER THOUGHT FIT BY THE TRUSTEES.
