TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN EYRES MONSELL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. 2, TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 3, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN EYRES MONSELL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE IN NEED BY VIRTUE OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, SOCIAL OR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 1. PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE AND SUPPORTIVE ACTIVITIES AND ASSISTANCE TO MEET BASIC NEEDS. 2. PROVIDING PROGRAMMES, TRAINING, MENTORING AND SUPPORT; AND 3. WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES, SCHOOLS, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS.
