(4) THE ESTABLISHING OF AN ISLAMIC COMMUNITY ORGANISATION AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME, (WHETHER ALONE, OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSONS OR BODY) IN ENHANCEMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS. (5) THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
