THE AREA OF BENEFIT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE THE BOROUGH OF MACCLESFIELD, ALL AREAS BORDERING ON IT AND OTHER SUCH AREAS AS THE ASSOCIATION MAY FROM TIE TO TIME DETERMINE.
