B. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE, INCLUDING ABANDONED CHILDREN AND IMPOVERISHED FAMILIES, LIVING OR WORKING IN NORTH KIGEZI DIOCESE BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS / SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS AND BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES C. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING IN NORTH KIGEZI DIOCESE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
