For the purposes of the Objects “Voluntary and Community Sector” means:(i) Charities which are organisations established for any exclusively charitable purposes in accordance with the laws of England and Wales; and (ii) Organisations established for purposes that provide benefit to the public, or a significant section of the public, where they conduct any activities which further any charitable purpose;In each case to improve the conditions of life for people, regardless of where they live.
