TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO CANINE WELFARE AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS. TO PROVIDE A PLACE FOR THE PUBLIC TO RECEIVE ADVICE REGARDING THE APPROPRIATE CARE AND TREATMENT OF DOGS TO ENSURE THEIR CONTINUING WELFARE.
