WORKING WITH VARIOUS LOCAL SERVICE AGENCIES TO ENHANCE THE CURRENT PROVISION FOR FAMILY SUPPORT AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS TO RAISE THEIR OWN EXPECTATIONS AND SUPPORT THE ASPIRATIONS OF THEIR CHILDREN; AND3. HELPING TO IDENTIFY AND REMOVE BARRIERS TO LEARNING AND ACHIEVEMENT AND PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE AND SELF HELP AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE ATTENDING SCHOOLS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
