TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF POOR PERSONS IN IMMIGRATION DETENTION OR IN DANGER OF IMMIGRATION DETENTION BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH SERVICES SUCH AS FINDING SURETIES AND SOLICITORS WILLING TO PROVIDE SERVICES UNDER LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSION IN PARTICULAR IN RELATION TO ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL APPLICATION FOR BAIL TO THE IMMIGRATION APPELLATE AUTHORITY OR THE IMMIGRATION SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER STATUTORY BODIES WHICH MAY BE EXPECTED TO CONSIDER BAIL APPLICATIONS UNDER ANY IMMIGRATION LEGISLATION OR THE IMMIGRATION SERVICE OR IN RELATION TO RELEASE FROM IMMIGRATION DETENTION. 3.
