2.1 The Charity's objects (Objects) are restricted specifically, for the public benefit to advance and promote: 2.1.1 the education of people, in particular, but not solely, those within the education sector; and 2.1.2 the health, including for the avoidance of doubt, mental and physical health and the avoidance of harm to either of persons, in both cases, in, or in connection with, the areas of electronic, online and cyber security and welfare, including safety and security of information and general usage, in such ways as the trustees see fit, and in all geographical locations. 2.2 Nothing in these articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word "charitable" or the words "charitable purposes" in force in any part of England, including in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
