(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SEPARATED CHILDREN PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL SUPPORT TO SEPARATED CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS, OTHER PRIMARY CARE GIVERS AND SIBLINGS; AND(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION PARTICULARLY IN THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF SEPARATED CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS, OTHER PRIMARY CARE GIVERS AND SIBLINGS.
