IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE PLACE TO ACCOMMODATE AND ALSO TO PROVIDE TREATMENTS TO ADVANCE RECOVERY AND WELLBEING AND TO EXTEND LIFE EXPECTANCY.
