(B) TO PROMOTE EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS:(I) BY PROVIDING CONSUMER EDUCATION AND INFORMATION (II) BY PROMOTING AN UNDERSTANDING OF CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND THE BENEFITS OF THE APPROPRIATE REGULATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AS A MEANS OF ACHIEVING GREATER HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR THE PUBLIC.(C) TO PROMOTE PUBLIC HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING THE APPROPRIATE AND PROPER REGULATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDING FOOD, WATER, AND PHARMACEUTICALS.
