2. 2 THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO PAY APPLY OR ALLOCATE THEM TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY BE CHOSEN BY THE TRUSTEES AND ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND & WALES BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING FOR:2.2.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF NEPAL (""THE BENEFICIARIES), IN PARTICULAR, THROUGH THE BUILDING OF SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND TH PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL, TUTORS, SCHOLARSHIPS AND OTHER GRANTS; AND 2.2.2 THE RELIEF OF THE BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS (THE OBJECTS).2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE ALL OR PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
