TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PRISONERS AND EX-OFFENDERS THROUGH REHABILITATION AND OUTREACH PROGRAMMES3. TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT4. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ADVICE.
