UPON TRUST TO HOLD ELEVEN SUCH EQUAL TWENTIETH SHARES OR PARTS TO ESTABLISH A NEW CHARITABLE TRUST OR BODY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL BRASS BAND COMPETITION TO INCLUDE ALL TYPES OF BRASS BAND WHETHER MILITARY, TOWN BANDS, VILLAGE BANDS OR WHATEVER TO COMPETE IN DARLINGTON ALLOWING SUFFICIENT SUM OR SUMS OF MONEY TO PURCHASE A SOLID SILVER CUP OR GOBLET TOGETHER WITH A STAND TO BE COMPETED FOR ANNUALLY AND HELD FOR THE PERIOD UNTIL THE NEXT ANNUAL COMPETITION WITH THE INTENTION THAT:A) ONE NOMINATED MEMBER OF COCKERTON BAND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TOGETHER WITH MY TRUSTEES WILL ORGANISE WITH APPROPRIATE EXPERT ADVICE APPROPRIATE SOURCES FOR ADJUDICATION.(B) ALTHOUGH HEATS MAY TAKE PLACE ELSEWHERE THE FINAL COMPETITION WILL BE IN VENUE IN OR ADJACENT TO DARLINGTON.(C) ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE MADE FOR THE FINAL COMPETITION TO BE SUBJECT TO SUCH ENTRANCE FEE AS MY TRUSTEES SHALL DEEM APPROPRIATE TO PRODUCE RECURRING REVENUE.(D) THE PRIZE SHOULD NOT MERELY BE THE CUP BUT ALSO MY TRUSTEES SHOULD MAXIMISE REVENUE FROM INTEREST FROM CAPITAL AFTER JUDICIOUS INVESTMENT AT THEIR DISCRETION TO ENABLE A MONETARY PRIZE TO BE GIVEN.(E) THE CUP SHOULD BE KNOWN AS "THE WAINSTONES CUP PRESENTED BY DR MARTIN"(F) COCKERTON SILVER PRIZE BAND WILL BE NOMINALLY THE FIRST HOLDERS OF THE CUP UNTIL THE FIRST COMPETITION.(G) THE STAND SHALL BE ENGRAVED WITH THE NAMES OF THE WINNING BAND EACH YEAR.
