The Charities Objects, being undertaken in Camden and particularly within a radius of one mile of Rowley Way (the ‘Area of Benefit’) shall be:3.1 To provide recreational and leisure-time activity in the interests of social welfare for people in the Area of Benefit who have need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances to improve their conditions of life.3.2 To relieve poverty and unemployment, advance education and to foster understanding between people of different ages and backgrounds.3.3 To support young people (under 25) with positive activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities and promote their participation in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals. 3.4 To achieve the above objectives by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and social welfare.
