(I) TO HELP AND EDUCATE PERSONS UNDERTHE AGE OF 25 YEARS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR SPIRITUAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.(II) TO PROVIDE A CENTRE FOR USE FOR THE PROPOSES OF A YOUTH CENTRE CONDUCTED IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTS OF THE MERSEYSIDE YOUTH ASSOCIATION LIMITED.(III) TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF BOOTLE AND SEFTON AREA AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.
