4.1 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:4.1.1 TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS, INCLUDING THEIR DEPENDENTS, LIVING IN DEVON AND CORNWALL WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS;4.1.2 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS RESIDENT IN DEVON AND CORNWALL;4.1.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS RESIDENT IN DEVON AND CORNWALL IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST IN THEIR CONNECTION WITH A NEW COMMUNITY;4.1.4 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL ABOUT THE ISSUES RELATING TO REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS; AND4.1.5 TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE CONDITIONS EXPERIENCED BY REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS IN DEVON AND CORNWALL AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
