IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF, BUT NOT OTHERWISE THE ASSOCIATION SHALL SEEK TO:(1) TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING OF ALL ASPECTS OF BRAIN INJURY;(2) TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH BRAIN INJURY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS AND RELEVANT PROFESSIONALS;(3) TO PROMOTE A CO-ORDINATED MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO BRAIN INJURY SCREENING, ACUTE CARE, ASSESSMENTS, REHABILITATION AND RETURN TO THE COMMUNITY;(4) TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF BRAIN INJURY;(5) TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF BRAIN INJURY.
