3 The objects of the Charity are:3.1 the provision of housing accommodation including Social Housing for women who:3.1.1 are in need hardship and distress; and3.1.2 are aged 55 or over; and3.1.3 agree to abide by the following values which are based on the Christian faith:(a) kindness, consideration and compassion to others;(b) community spirit and co-operation; and(c) respect for everyone's rights, differences, dignity and choices.3.2 Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustees decide.3.3 In this Article 3 Social Housing shall have the same meaning as in section 68 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 as such provision may be amended or replaced from time to time.
